State Transport Bus
If you have enough time please choose public transport. There are many ST buses plying between Lonavala, the villages, Khopoli, Mumbai and Pune. There are also buses that take you through ghats and by the Sahyadris which has many trekking spots. You can choose between MSRTC buses in Lonavala and Private Buses as per your travel budget.
Auto-rickshaws
Auto-rickshaws are also available in most parts of Lonavala and take care of most of the short rides as well as rides all the way to Pawna, Bushi dam, Kalra caves, Imagicaa, Wetnjoy etc. But since the autos don’t follow a metre you must check the total distance from that place and take a decision accordingly.
Walk
